* Assist instructors with activities, classroom management, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Assist with outgoing shipments and deliveries.
Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
Provide general assistance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Perform and coordinate office tasks as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
Must be a current student enrolled in the Federal Work Study Program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) is a plus.
Prior customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Hours and Flexibility are accommodated.

1. Develop signage and other relevant documentation in preparation for campus visits and events. 2. Support in the planning of the Research Collaboration Forum @ GT and similar events. 3. Assist in the planning of site visits for major initiatives and high-level visitors. 4. Prepare reports, templates, and spreadsheets with appropriate data for tracking research collaborations and other important information 5. Manage a calendar of meetings and follow up on meeting action items.

We are seeking to hire and train individuals this semester to, at the very least, work through the end of August.
STUDENTS CAN EXPECT:
- To work in a unique environment with a unique work schedule
- To learn valuable soft skills that corporate industries seek (effective communication, adaptability, self-reflection, situational awareness, etc.)
- To lead a group of 10-12 individuals through set ground activities and/or high ropes elements
- Follow specific instructions to correctly facilitate said ground activities and/or high ropes elements
- Follow set debriefing questions after each ground activity and/or high ropes elements
-To be responsible for proper risk mitigation techniques both on the ground and in the air
- To work closely with co-workers to provide a smooth experience for participants
- Set up and clean up site before/after workshops
-Attend multiple training sessions to strengthen skills
