Auxiliary Services is proud to announce a new service to all benefits-eligible employees, Bright Horizons Enhanced Family Supports. This is an online platform that provides access to many discounted services that help working parents manage the challenge of balancing work and home life.
Enhanced Family Supports includes:

• Child Care: Preferred enrollment at Bright Horizons centers, tuition discounts at partner facilities (outside of the Bright Horizons network), and assistance in finding trained and screened nannies.
• Summer Camp and School Break Programs: Exciting activities from performance arts to coding, provided by the reputable Steve & Kate’s Camp.
• Academic Support: Virtual and in-person tutoring services with exclusive discounts to support children's academic performance.
• A+ Enrichments: Programs focusing on coding and early childhood learning to boost STEM and literacy skills.
• Elder Care Planning & Support: Caregiver search tools and 1:1 guidance from senior care experts.
• Even More for Families: Free Sittercity membership with search tools for sitters, pet care services, housekeeping assistance, and before-and-after-school programs available nationwide.

This program will provide many new support services from trusted providers to GT families facing diverse family challenges. This initiative also contributes to employees’ overall well-being and productivity in the workplace. As organizations strive to create inclusive and supportive environments for their workforce, programs like Enhanced Family Supports emerge as a vital component in fostering employee satisfaction and retention. This new program is now available to all regular employees working 30 or more hours per week.
